The Ebonite Fireball will be the step down when high friction lanes transition or if you’re bowling on lighter volumes. Bringing the HK22 base to the mid performance price point will make a lot of bowlers happy. Skid/Flip is the motion (depending on the bowler’s release and environment) that will make a great 1-2 punch with the GB2. Ebonite has modified the light bulb shape to add to the motion created when the cover meets friction. New bowlers can get the same cover with alternate cores in the lighter weights. Competitive bowlers should look at the Fireball to add to their arsenal.
